difficult cases. He is able to correct gross deformities and subtle imperfections left after previous operations. He is especially adept at correcting the overdone rhinoplasty of

Non-white or ethnic noses often require a completely different surgical approach than the white nose. Dr. Fodero can sculpt the black, Asian, and Hispanic nose using the patients
own tissue, and when needed, employing implants to create the ideal ethnically appropriate nasal contour.

Open vs. closed rhinoplasty Closed, or endonasal rhinoplasty is done entirely through incisions inside the nose. Dr. Fodero reserves this technique for the most
straightforward noses. Open Rhinoplasty involves a small incision between the nostrils. The incision disappears shortly after surgery, and allows greater sculpting of the nose.
Dr. Fodero performs open rhinoplasty on the majority of his patients in New Jersey.
